B-Sr. Engineer II - QA

What you'll do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to sharpen requirements early, surfacing risks, edge cases, and assumptions before they become defects.
• Lead thoughtful analysis of defects and incidents to uncover true causes, patterns, and prevention opportunities.
• Act as a trusted connector across product, engineering, support, and infrastructure, driving clarity, prioritization, and shared understanding.
• Champion smarter SDLC and shift-left quality practices that reduce rework, improve predictability, and scale with the business.
• Track quality signals and trends, translating metrics into clear, actionable insights leadership can use to manage risk and invest wisely.
• Bring a product mindset, validating that what ships truly works, solves the right problem, and delivers lasting customer value.

What you'll need

• Strong analytical mindset and cross-functional fluency.
• Hands-on experience validating requirements, triaging defects, driving root cause analysis, and partnering with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Proven experience (3-7+ years) in a Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or Product Analyst role within a software product organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working across APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Experience using quality metrics, dashboards, and automation or data analysis tools to communicate risk, insight, and impact with clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience within SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or payments platforms.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
