B2B Growth Marketer - Colombia

Overview

Senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in Colombia as the first marketing hire in the country.

What you'll do

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Colombian priority industries.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, and outbound.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Colombian market and share local insights with the global team.
• Partner with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance, using data to measure results and run experiments.

What you'll need

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience building and scaling B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline.
• Ability to implement marketing/growth projects end to end and be accountable for ROI.
• Deep knowledge of the Colombian market, including enterprise buyers and media landscape, ideally with a network.
• Comfort working with minimal process and spanning multiple marketing functions.
