Overview

Product Marketing Associate, Rewards at Sezzle, joining a small product marketing team that drives growth strategy and go-to-market execution across shopper-facing financial and engagement/rewards products.

What you'll do

• Partner on user research and own the analysis into actionable insights for Earn and rewards.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities.
• Own product marketing across the lifecycle: discover/validate, shape/plan, launch/learn, optimize/scale.
• Translate category strategy into product-specific positioning and messaging using behavioral data.
• Develop and execute GTM plans across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels.
• Monitor adoption and engagement post-launch and flag risks and iteration opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Data, Design, Engineering, Compliance/Legal, and Marketing Communications.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of experience in product marketing, growth, consumer research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with qualitative feedback and behavioral/survey data.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations from complexity.
• Curiosity about AI tools and a desire to use them to work smarter.
