Overview

Support commercial loan servicing and day-to-day banking operations as a Banking Advisory Associate. The role involves processing-related tasks, quality and compliance adherence, and supporting trade finance and loan servicing activities.

What you'll do

• Perform commercial loan servicing process tasks.
• Maintain records of payments and account balances.
• Collect and process borrower payments, taxes, and insurance.
• Send monthly payment statements.
• Remit funds to note holders and follow up on delinquencies.
• Meet productivity, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• 2 to 4 years of experience.
• BCom qualification.
• Commercial loan servicing skills.
• Ability to solve routine problems using guidelines and precedent.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor within a team.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
