Overview
Join the global BI team as a Core BI Developer working on data processing pipelines, a Snowflake data warehouse and Tableau reporting. Own tickets end to end, from requirements through ETL and data modelling to dashboards.
What you'll do
- Pull data from various sources and integrate it into ETL processes.
- Build and maintain data models across standard pipeline layers.
- Monitor data integrity and validity, and raise red flags early.
- Optimize workloads to reduce cost and improve performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Work with Snowflake day to day and grow into administering its role hierarchy and privileges.
- Work with Tableau, including the basics of Tableau Server administration through the TSM UI.
- Work with Airflow for orchestration.
- Take part in the on-call rotation and develop monitoring over the BI infrastructure.
- Design, develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting solutions in Tableau.
- Work closely with Product Analysts, Marketing, Data Scientists, Finance and game teams to deliver insights.
- Use agentic AI coding tools daily for development, debugging and investigating unfamiliar code or data.
- Verify AI-generated SQL or pipeline code before shipping by reading it and validating results against the data.
- Use and improve the team's AI skills and agents, including fixing one when it drifts.
- Follow cost and data rules for AI usage.
What you'll need
- 1+ years of experience in a BI Development role.
- Good hands-on SQL, including DDL and DML.
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Good BI frontend development experience with Tableau or another BI tool.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to use agentic AI coding tools daily for development, debugging and investigating unfamiliar code or data.
- Ability to read and validate AI-generated SQL and pipeline code before merging it.
- Ability to use and improve the team's AI skills and agents, including fixing one when it drifts.
- Knowledge of AI usage costs and data rules.
Nice to have
- Experience administering Snowflake, or a Snowflake certification.
- Experience with Airflow or another workflow orchestrator.
- Experience building or configuring AI agents on top of a data warehouse.
- A programming language: Python, Scala or Java.
- Experience in the gaming industry, or another high-volume consumer data environment.

- Work from the office 4 days in a week.
- Location: ITPB, Whitefield, Bengaluru.
