BI Engineering Associate

Overview

BI Engineering Associate to design, build, optimize, and govern reporting assets for Accenture Operations clients.

What you'll do

• Design and build dashboards, executive scorecards, and self-service reports.
• Optimize and govern Power BI reporting and related data storytelling solutions.
• Support data extraction, report formatting, and testing activities.
• Assist with SQL queries, data validation, Power Query transformations, and DAX measure creation.
• Maintain report documentation, data dictionaries, and user feedback logs.
• Support dashboard refresh checks, defect fixes, and performance troubleshooting.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation (qualification not further specified).
• Strong Power BI development experience including reports, dashboards, visuals, DAX, and Power Query.
• Good SQL skills for extracting, transforming, and validating data.
• Understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, KPI reporting, and dashboard usability principles.
• English (International) intermediate language ability.
• Ability to independently own assigned analytics modules in a POD-based delivery model.
