Data Analyst

Overview

ICG Medical is hiring a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn data into clear, actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements.
• Monitor data integrity and optimize reporting processes.
• Run ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and provide insights.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting and decisions.

What you'll need

• 1 year of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SQL queries, database management, and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
• Basic understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present insights.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Salesforce Reporting experience (preferred, not mandatory).
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and statistical methods.
