Billing Operations Senior Analyst

Overview

Billing Operations Senior Analyst / Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst responsible for ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate payment processing for accounts under their control.

What you'll do

• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, including lockbox and check deposits, ACH/wire payments, and returns.
• Work with internal and external customers to improve cash application, collections, and credits processing.
• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities, and reconcile accounts.
• Resolve complex collections issues and maintain accounts receivable customer files.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries related to billing issues and payment discrepancies.
• Process month-end adjustments such as bad debt write-offs and bad debt allowances.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 5+ years accounts receivable and general accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
