BIM Engineer / Designer / Lead Designer / Senior Lead Designer / (Water – Civil 3D OR Revit)

Overview

Experienced BIM Engineer/Designer for water and wastewater infrastructure projects using Civil 3D and Revit.

What you'll do

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality BIM models for water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare Civil 3D models for alignments, profiles, corridors, pipe networks, and surfaces.
• Develop Revit models for structures, buildings, and plant components related to water infrastructure.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards, BEP, and client requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and perform clash detection/model coordination.
• Extract drawings, quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Mentor junior BIM staff and support BIM process improvements (for senior-level candidates).

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years and up to 15 years of relevant BIM experience in Water/Utilities projects.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk Revit.
• Understanding of water supply and wastewater systems.
• Utility coordination and underground services experience.
• Experience with BIM workflows and data management.
• Knowledge of ACC/ProjectWise, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows.
