BIM Modeler / CAD Drafting Structures

Overview

Seeking a BIM Modeler / CAD Draftsman to prepare structural drawings and 3D BIM models for bridges and buildings.

What you'll do

• Develop detailed structural drawings for bridges and buildings.
• Create and maintain 3D BIM models for structural components.
• Prepare GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Extract quantities from BIM models for BOQ preparation.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to reflect design intent in drawings.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Revise drawings based on engineer/client comments and maintain drawing documentation/control.

What you'll need

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering.
• Training in REVIT and Autocad.
• 1–3 years of experience in structural drafting for bridge/building projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural detailing and reinforcement drawings.
