BIM Modeler

Overview

BIM Modeler responsible for building, coordinating, and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models to support design, engineering, and construction teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.

What you'll need

• 3–8 years of experience in BIM modelling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP).
• Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Experience understanding construction drawings and detailing standards.
• Software knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.

Details

• BIM 360 / ACC is mentioned as preferred software.
• Experience in Metro, Railway, Infrastructure, or High-rise Building projects is preferred.
