Lead Modeler - Architecture

Overview

Lead modeler responsible for delivering architecture design projects across private or public sectors, using BIM and related tools.

What you'll do

• Deliver architecture design projects for private or public sector clients.
• Work across design, tender, and construction processes.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to support project delivery.
• Contribute to BIM-related landscape design or infrastructure work using advanced BIM tools.
• Manage time on assigned projects while considering delivery timelines and financial performance.
• Work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team and share information with teammates.

What you'll need

• 6–9 years of experience in relevant field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Revitzo, BIM 360, Navisworks, and MS Office.
• Experience spanning architecture BIM design project stages including design, documentation, and site implementation.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and guidance from senior team members.
