Overview
BIM Coordinator - Infrastructure to manage and implement BIM processes for large-scale infrastructure projects (roads and utilities).
What you'll do
- Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams to integrate design elements.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows for infrastructure projects.
- Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and optimize designs using BIM software.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes for BIM deliverables.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews.
What you'll need
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience delivering infrastructure projects using BIM.
- Expertise with BIM delivery aligned to ISO 19650 standards.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization techniques for infrastructure design.
- Extensive understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.
