BIM Modeller Civil- Revit

Overview

BIM Modeller (Civil) creates and manages detailed 3D BIM models to support design, engineering, and construction with accurate documentation, coordination, and clash detection.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.

What you'll need

• 3–8 years of experience in BIM modelling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).
• Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Strong technical and detailing skills.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
