BIM Engineer / Designer / Lead Designer / Senior Lead Designer / (Water – Civil 3D OR Revit)

Overview

Experienced BIM Engineer/Designer/Lead Designer for water and wastewater infrastructure projects using Civil 3D and Revit.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage BIM models for water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate Civil 3D models for alignments, profiles, corridors, pipe networks, and surfaces.
• Develop Revit models for related structures, buildings, and plant components.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards, BEP, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and perform clash detection/model coordination.
• Extract drawings, quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Mentor junior BIM staff and support design reviews/technical discussions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years and up to 15 years of relevant BIM experience in Water/Utilities projects.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk Revit.
• Understanding of water supply and wastewater systems and utility coordination/underground services.
• BIM workflows and data management experience.
• Experience with Tekla Structures.
• Knowledge of ACC/ProjectWise, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative BIM team.
