BIM Engineer - PHE

Overview

Lead Public Health BIM delivery for multidisciplinary building-services projects from the Mumbai office. The role covers Revit MEP and CAD production, coordination, estimation, and supervision of BIM/CAD work packages.

What you'll do

• Lead Public Health BIM models and CAD deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Develop and coordinate Revit MEP models with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
• Prepare layouts and schematics for drainage, water supply, and fire protection systems.
• Perform interdisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and design reviews.
• Estimate project effort, resources, timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Support planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and schedule forecasting.
• Mentor and supervise CAD/BIM technicians and improve BIM processes.

What you'll need

• 5–15 years of BIM/CAD experience in building-services projects.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or an equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Experience leading BIM/CAD work packages and supervising BIM technicians.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, and BIM standards.
• Experience with Navisworks, clash detection, and model coordination.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary projects across international regions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MicroStation and OpenBuildings Designer.
• Experience implementing BIM standards across projects.
