Brand Implementation & Quality Management Intern, South Asia

Overview

Support consistent execution of brand standards, quality frameworks, and guest experience initiatives across the hotel portfolio, with an emphasis on pre-opening brand setup.

What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate brand and quality audits across the hotel portfolio.
• Support audit documentation and evidence collection, including corrective action tracking and follow-ups.
• Maintain audit trackers and help ensure timely closure of action items for brand compliance.
• Review, update, and support rollout of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functions.
• Assist with pre-opening brand onboarding documentation, training logistics, and readiness checklists.
• Consolidate audit, quality, and guest feedback data to track quality KPIs and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate documentation and tracking support for strategic quality improvement projects and guest experience follow-ups.

What you'll need

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Prior exposure to brand standards, quality, audits, or pre-opening environments (advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with basic reporting and data consolidation capability.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
