Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Hiring Events

Overview

Talent Acquisition Coordinator to run end-to-end logistics for on-site and virtual hiring events for Customer Support roles in India, supporting candidate flow and recruitment operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end hiring events logistics for on-site and virtual sessions, including scheduling and venue logistics.
• Support candidate communications, confirmations, and day-of support to keep candidate flow moving.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep high-volume Customer Support pipelines moving quickly.
• Coordinate candidate interview schedules, assessment centers, and follow-ups.
• Track candidates and hiring activity in the ATS and keep records clean and current.
• Support reporting on hiring progress, event outcomes, candidate experience, and process bottlenecks.
• Work with TA, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to remove friction in the hiring process.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, event coordination, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage many moving pieces while maintaining a human candidate experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort working with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, ATS systems, and shared calendars.
• Interest in high-volume hiring and candidate experience.
• Comfort working collaboratively across teams in a matrixed environment.
