HR Geo Services Associate

Overview

HR Geo Services Associate supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, and leave/attendance management, including background verification coordination.

What you'll do

• Source and screen candidate profiles via job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and conduct initial HR screening.
• Manage offer process, documentation, and candidate communications.
• Prepare offer/appointment letters and onboarding kits and facilitate employee induction.
• Maintain employee records and process HR lifecycle transactions in Workday.
• Monitor attendance and leave applications through the Leave Portal and update leave balances.
• Coordinate with external vendors for pre-employment background checks and resolve discrepancies.

What you'll need

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, data analysis).
• Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS and leave management systems (preferred).
• Good understanding of HR processes, documentation, and statutory requirements.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
