HR Intern

Overview

HR Intern for a 6-month full-time hybrid program in the Human Resources department at Borivali East, Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, sourcing, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate interview schedules among candidates, HR, and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, employee records, and HR trackers.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and other HR-related records and handle routine employee queries.
• Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and process improvements.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
