Overview

Support CIP, POS, and Chargeback services by running planning, management, payment/settlement, closeout, and communications/reporting across regions.

What you'll do

• Support CIP annual planning activities including kickoff, CIP entry, validation, and loading the plan onto internal ERP systems.
• Release SAP agreements and ensure sales accruals, sales growth baseline creation, and value confirmation with plan owners.
• Perform CIP ongoing management including agreement changes, issuing credit notes, communicating outcomes, and initiating rebilling cases.
• Execute payment/settlement activities including claim payment, short payment, and rebate payment.
• Complete CIP closeout including plan loading to ERP and GL reconciliation.
• Conduct POS activities such as channel partner onboarding/offboarding, data collection, data conditioning, and quality management.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in CIP, POS, and Chargeback.
• Experience with tools including SAP (S4 HANA), Salesforce, Vistex, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Proficiency in automation techniques like VBA macros.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good English communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
