Brand Marketing Lead, Enterprise

Overview

Brand Marketing Lead, Enterprise to build and lead Anthropic’s enterprise brand marketing. You’ll define how Claude shows up for enterprise leaders and translate Anthropic’s research and safety work into commercial narratives.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute an enterprise brand strategy, positioning, and messaging architecture for Claude.
• Translate technical and research differentiation into business-value narratives for technical, economic, and executive buyers.
• Partner with product marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing to influence funnel engagement.
• Lead enterprise category-defining campaigns by briefing and championing creative work with internal and agency partners.
• Build measurement frameworks to prove brand contribution to awareness, preference, and sales-cycle impact.
• Provide brand “air cover” for the revenue org during competitive deals and target-account programs.
• Ensure enterprise brand metrics are developed, measured regularly, and used to inform enterprise marketing work.

What you'll need

• B2B brand marketing experience selling complex technology platforms to enterprise buyers.
• A track record of building or repositioning business brands to establish category leadership in fast-moving markets.
• Experience partnering with product marketing, enterprise marketing, and sales to influence pipeline and win rates.
• Strong creative judgment, including briefing and partnering with creative teams for campaign work.
• Experience establishing measurement frameworks that prove brand contribution to commercial outcomes.

Details

• Annual compensation range: $320,000 USD.
• Work mode: location-based hybrid policy; expected in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship: Anthropic sponsors visas and makes reasonable efforts if offered.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
