Business Analyst

Overview

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and analytical techniques.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.

What you'll need

• Must have: Proficiency in Business Insights.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to map and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and requirement elicitation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Insights.
• 15 years full time education required.
