Business Analyst - Revenue Operations

Overview

Support Revenue Operations by transforming data into actionable insights that improve commercial decision making, covering data extraction, transformation, automation, reporting and analytics for sales leadership, pipeline management, distributor performance and strategic growth initiatives.

What you'll do

• Extract, transform and consolidate data from multiple business systems and data sources.
• Build and maintain repeatable ETL processes that improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across CRM, ERP, distributor, marketing and business systems.
• Develop datasets that support commercial analytics, forecasting and business reviews.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data used throughout the organization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and scorecards for sales leadership.
• Support pipeline reviews through data preparation, analysis and insight generation.
• Analyze distributor and channel performance to identify opportunities, risks and trends.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-ready summaries.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and analytical processes.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using available business intelligence and automation tools.
• Support the implementation of AI-enabled processes where appropriate.
• Improve efficiency and scalability of recurring commercial reporting activities.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies that enhance business productivity.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Business Unit stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Gather and document reporting and analytics requirements.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted partner for commercial data and reporting needs.
• Stay current on analytics, automation, AI and reporting technologies.
• Recommend opportunities to improve data accessibility, reporting effectiveness and business insights.
• Contribute to the evolution of Revenue Operations capabilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, revenue operations, finance or related analytical roles.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, Python or similar data manipulation tools.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and data management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
