Overview

Trainee Business Analytics Analyst role supporting solutions and implementations, performing relatively complex and varied assignments with limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of tasks delivered.

What you'll do

• Assist with solutions and implementations.
• Perform relatively complex and varied assignments.
• Demonstrate technical and administrative expertise.
• Apply specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge, including underlying professional and technical principles or standards.
• Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience, guided by precedents.
• Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, and driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks.
