Business Analyst with Automation

Overview

Business Analyst role within Citi's Decision Management job family, focused on retail and digital analytics, data processing, reporting and automation for NAM CG.

What you'll do

• Handle data acquisition, processing, analysis, maintenance, data quality assurance and reporting related to NAM CG.
• Conduct routine operational and administrative work, such as building dashboards, reports, data pipelines and automations.
• Administer defined procedures, perform analyses on digital performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Deliver routine and defined outputs while continuously developing knowledge of the broader context of digital business with other areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for data analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital analytics frameworks, methodologies and tools.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years relevant experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on analytics.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Pyspark, Python, SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hive, Impala and Pyspark.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to engage resources outside of direct control to achieve objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and their application in data analysis and insight generation.
