Business Architect

Overview

As a Business Architect, evaluate the existing business environment, capture high-level requirements, define business solutions, and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

What you'll do

• Evaluate the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value.
• Capture overarching requirements and shape comprehensive business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Support transformational efforts by crafting business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives.
• Translate business strategies into operational models and technology-enabled solutions.
• Assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
• Guide transformation initiatives and manage change within complex environments.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
• Ability to develop detailed business cases and support decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• 15 years full time education.
