Overview

Manager role for Salesforce and Adobe content/platform implementations, partnering with clients to analyze needs, deliver solutions, and ensure integration and adoption of Salesforce-based business applications.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce consulting projects to improve client operational efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
• Provide training and support for effective Salesforce application utilization.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Guide teams on integrating and utilizing business applications.
• Develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud.
• Mentor team members and facilitate development of training materials for client education.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Preference for Salesforce Certified Administrator (or additional role-relevant Salesforce certifications).
• Ability to use analytical thinking for business process modeling.
