Business Architect

Overview

Business Architect role focused on identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled business solutions and operating models.

What you'll do

• Assess the current business environment to identify opportunities that deliver measurable value.
• Capture high-level requirements and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Develop business cases and guide the implementation of key transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute on key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions and operating models.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• 15 years full time education.
