Senior Analysis Manager - Software Analysis

Overview

Lead the business analysis team for software analysis, ensuring high-quality analysis and insights delivered within budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Coordinate requirements gathering activities, including validation and stakeholder sign-off.
• Approve inputs to business cases and project success criteria.
• Approve business process modelling and solutions.
• Provide leadership on business analysis best practices, ways of working, and frameworks.
• Facilitate collaboration with client stakeholders, delivery leaders, architects, users, and technical/change teams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and resolve issues related to proposed solutions and service delivery impact.

What you'll need

• Experience leading business analysis teams and resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Ability to coordinate requirements gathering, validation, and sign-off.
• Knowledge of business process modelling and business analysis frameworks.
