Cash and Trade Proc Senior Analyst

Overview

The Cash and Trade Proc Senior Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team, applying in-depth knowledge and contributing to new techniques and processes for cash management operations.

What you'll do

• Provide expert transaction input for deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors.
• Contribute to special projects and provide feedback for all project related activities as directed.
• Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes within cash management.
• Develop and recommend strategic decisions based on in-depth comprehension of how the Cash & Trade Operations team interacts with other business units in accomplishing objectives.
• Influence decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating others in area.
• Evaluate moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact.
• Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Lead and manage the APAC Vendor Management team (VMT) day-to-day operations, drive regional process improvement initiatives, and serve as the senior escalation lead for vendor disputes and service failures.
• Exercise dedicated oversight of APAC card embossing, personalization, country changes on corporate card designs and secure delivery vendors, resolving all operational queries and ensuring timely, compliant fulfillment across the region.
• Facilitate monthly vendor performance reviews.
• Perform critical Quality Assurance (QA) reviews across the International cluster, conducting detailed QA reviews of operations vendor processes, identifying and reporting operational issues, control gaps, and process fails to ensure rapid remediation and compliance.
• Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of experience in a related role to cash and trade operations and management.
• Effective verbal and written skills.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
