Overview

Business Architect role focused on identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions, with a focus on SAP Vendor Invoice Management.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state of business processes.
• Capture high-level requirements and define business solutions.
• Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.
• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster consensus among stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
• Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI.
