Business Architect

Overview

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and methodologies within the team to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges with innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate business needs and technical concepts clearly.
• 15 years full time education.
