Business Associate - FD

Overview

Stable Money is looking for a Business Associate to work closely with cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives, business growth and operational excellence. The role combines strategy, analytics, product and execution, with a data and product component focused on the customer journey.

What you'll do

• Identify and execute high-priority business initiatives.
• Lead problem-solving, analysis and business reviews to shape decisions around growth, revenue and efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to drive execution of business strategies.
• Track business KPIs, identify trends and gaps, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Write SQL and analyse funnel and cohort data to find where users drop off and why.
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility and decision support.
• Partner with the Product and Design teams on app features: size the problem with data, write requirement docs, help run A/B tests and measure impact after launch.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, customer insights and opportunity sizing for new product lines.
• Support strategic projects such as new product launches, market expansion and process optimisation.

What you'll need

• 0-1 years of experience (internships count) in business operations, consulting, analytics, product or strategy.
• Strong analytical foundation and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, etc.).
• Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis.
• Product sense and curiosity about users.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced setups.
• Bias for action; thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership from day one.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience within fintech, startups or high-growth environments.
• Exposure to product work (requirement docs, A/B tests, user research).
