Overview
Lead complex client engagements focused on regulatory risk acceptance and management within law firms and other regulated professional services organizations. Advise stakeholders and shape practical solutions across process transformation, technology implementation, data strategy, and operational improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead client workstreams from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Build client relationships and facilitate stakeholder discussions on regulatory requirements.
- Translate business requirements into process, technology, data, and operating-model recommendations.
- Manage consulting plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Guide solution configuration, data migration, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
- Present findings, recommendations, decisions, and outcomes to executives.
- Contribute to consulting methods, reusable assets, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Experience in a law firm or regulated professional services firm, ideally in risk or business acceptance.
- Experience leading substantial workstreams or complex client-facing projects.
- Experience optimizing business processes through technology implementation or adaptation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, finance, or a related field.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable solutions.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, presentation tools, and business systems or data platforms.
- Experience managing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and communicating with executive and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in professional services, legal, financial services, or another regulated corporate environment.
- Experience leading enterprise software, workflow, data migration, or process transformation engagements.
- Familiarity with SaaS applications, integrations, APIs, business intelligence tools, or data-quality practices.
- Master's degree or consulting, project-management, or process-improvement certification.

- Remote position available anywhere in the United States.
- Hybrid work from the Chicago headquarters is preferred.
