Overview
Support Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience programs by maintaining continuity plans, coordinating testing, analyzing resilience data, and supporting incident response.
What you'll do
- Coordinate review, maintenance, testing, and approval of Business Continuity Plans.
- Deliver planning-tool training, awareness sessions, and user support.
- Review continuity plans and testing artifacts, track gaps, and monitor remediation.
- Coordinate governance forums, stakeholder meetings, exercises, and resilience testing.
- Develop resilience metrics, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, and visualization tools.
- Support incident coordination, communications, escalation tracking, and post-event reviews.
- Analyze continuity, testing, incident, and resilience data to identify risks and improvements.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of professional experience in Business Continuity Planning and Operational Resiliency.
- Understanding of financial-sector regulatory examinations and audits.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning and Testing best practices.
- Experience with large datasets, management information, and trend analysis.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Risk Management or technical background.
Nice to have
- Power Automate, Power Apps, Tableau, or Alteryx experience.
- Certified Business Continuity Professional certification or similar.
- Knowledge of the BC Planning Tool and Fusion RM.
- Awareness of AI-enabled reporting and analytics.
