Business Continuity Planning Officer - Associate- Risk & Resiliency

Overview

Support Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience programs as an Associate Business Continuity Planning Officer. The role covers planning, testing, governance, reporting, incident coordination, and resilience improvements for a global team.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the review, maintenance, testing, and approval of Business Continuity Plans.
• Deliver Business Continuity Planning tool training and awareness sessions.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and track remediation actions.
• Coordinate governance forums, stakeholder meetings, and working groups.
• Support continuity exercises, simulations, resilience testing, and recovery validation.
• Develop resilience metrics, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Support incident coordination, third-party assessments, client meetings, and post-event reviews.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of professional experience in Business Continuity Planning and Operational Resiliency.
• Understanding of financial-sector regulatory examinations and audits.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning and testing best practices.
• Experience with large datasets, management information, data analytics, and trend analysis.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Knowledge of BC Planning Tool and Fusion RM.

Nice to have

• Power Automate, Power Apps, Tableau, or Alteryx experience.
• Certified Business Continuity Professional certification or similar.
• Risk Management or technical background.
