Overview

Business Development Consultant role at ICG Medical, a healthcare recruiter focused on nurses, midwives and home care workers, focused on lead generation and pipeline management for new healthcare staff.

What you'll do

• Generate leads for new staff through sourcing and generating referrals, database mining, and sourcing via social media.
• Sell the agency and opportunity to prospective candidates.
• Manage the pipeline by prioritizing, building and maintaining relationships, and supporting compliance in collecting documentation.
• Obtain and update candidate availability.
• Manage the candidate database, ensuring all notes are on the system.
• Source new nurses.
• Make welfare calls to workers, promoting a strong customer experience.
• Develop client relationships and maximize opportunities.

What you'll need

• 1 year of working experience.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
• A graduate or undergraduate degree is welcomed.
