Overview

Business Interlock Senior Analyst (Talent Development, Learning Delivery Strategy) responsible for developing domain content, delivering training, and managing external certifications for Investment Banking and Broker Dealer domains.

What you'll do

• Develop domain content and deliver training for Investment Banking and Broker Dealer domains.
• Identify certification partners, institutes and certification bodies, and build certified talent pools.
• Assess learning needs and coach teams.
• Manage Investment Banking and Broker Dealer certifications, training modules, and trainer backups.
• Drive continuous knowledge improvement, remediation training, and progress reporting.
• Track training progress and report outcomes to Training and Operations.
• Engage stakeholders and support people development.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Strong L1 and L2 knowledge of Investment Banking and Broker Dealer domains.
• Experience in training delivery and learner assessment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, trend analysis, and reporting.
• People management, critical thinking, problem solving, and issue resolution skills.

• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Interaction with clients and or Accenture management is likely.
