Business Interlock Specialist

Overview

Business Interlock Specialist role focused on Finance & Accounting process training and documentation across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report, using SAP and Oracle.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality processes and systems training across Finance & Accounting (F&A) functions: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Own SOP and DTP development with end-to-end training delivery, process certification, and team guidance.
• Create, maintain and review SOPs, DTPs and process documentation for P2P, O2C and R2R, ensuring standardization, accuracy and audit readiness.
• Develop and deliver end to end F&A training across P2P, O2C and R2R including onboarding, transitions, system walkthroughs, assessments, certifications and refresher training using SAP and Oracle.
• Maintain a centralized documentation repository with effective version control and access.
• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems and create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 7 to 11 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Instructor-Led Training (ILT), P5.
• End to end F&A expertise in P2P, O2C and R2R.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Proficient in documentation and process mapping tools.
• Strong communication, analytical and collaboration skills.
