Business Performance & Insight Associate

Overview

Business Performance & Insight Associate responsible for operational support and enablement for project managers and business teams using tools such as Kimble, NetSuite, SFDC, and others.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level Kimble support and project support for cost, revenue, milestones, expenses, and related updates.
• Support invoicing activities including invoice failures, write-offs, credits, and reissues.
• Run month-end activities to close period/books and help finance recognize revenue.
• Perform data hygiene reports and corrections.
• Support Go-live activities including activations clean-up and hypercare.
• Provide OA support and handle access requests, pending closures, and timesheet support.
• Support SFDC for opportunity/SO and account address changes, territory shifts, currency changes, and deal sheet submission.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years experience.
• Min 2+ years experience in Coupa (stated as must).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good experience working with NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of information systems, including running reports and using BI/DOMO/Power BI.
