Business Process Designer role focused on analyzing, developing and improving workflows, identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to optimize effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Analyze, develop and improve business workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze process requirements.
• Document and communicate process designs clearly to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and monitor their impact.
• Assist junior team members in understanding process design principles and methodologies.
• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

• Must have: Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel and Lodging.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business workflows.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage with diverse business users effectively.
• Experience in designing and implementing process monitoring and feedback systems.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable process designs.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for process mapping and documentation.
