Business Services Analyst

Overview

Business Services Analyst on the BD Services team within AQR's Business Development group, supporting sales and client service by creating and maintaining standardized presentation materials for client and prospect meetings.

What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholder teams to create standard as well as customized client content across all product and vehicle types
• Gather and analyze client portfolio data using internal and external applications
• Apply and format data to produce materials for internal and external purposes
• Coordinate projects and ensure timelines are adhered to
• Maintain a commitment to quality and attention to detail in a timely manner
• Partner with senior professionals and teams across the organization to improve processes
• Communicate with all levels of staff in a professional manner
• Foster a sense of teamwork, assisting others when needed

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience in financial services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and detail-oriented skillset
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have

• Concentration in finance for the Bachelor's degree
• Asset management background
• Seismic and SQL knowledge
