Business Transformation Specialist, VP

Overview

Senior VP-level role leading and governing changes across all squads of Platform Services as a Product Owner (PODL), covering Finacle core banking, Document Management, IVR, Robotics, Debit Card Management and satellite applications.

What you'll do

• Lead and govern changes across all squads of platform services as a PODL.
• Lead the changes and fixes for the Finacle core application as a PO.
• Ensure application stability by performing an RCA for every incident.
• Co-ordinate with satellite systems and interface applications for all changes and requirements.
• Ensure application stability by understanding PSP patches and their impacts before testing and deployment.
• Support and implement new products as required by the business.
• Work closely with Infosys teams to close identified product gaps at product set-up or workflow level, as required.
• Work closely with technology teams on technical upgrades and their implementation.
• Work closely with teams to implement and close SII and audit observations.
• Deliver periodic MIS presentations to senior management at regular intervals.
• Monitor results against key objectives defined for the team.
• Own the application for all parameters and activities, including DR, and support internal and external audits.
• Guide other Product Owners of the Platform Services Tribe in the review and analysis of requirements and functional specifications to ensure quality and timely delivery of changes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of extensive and proven experience leading business analysis, process improvement, complex change management, or senior consulting roles within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and extensive experience spearheading and delivering multiple large-scale, complex business transformation programmes or portfolios, with a clear track record of significant, measurable business impact.
• Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments (e.g., KYC, AML, MiFID II, Basel III).
• Experience working across divisions and infrastructure functions, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to represent resilience topics at executive and board-level forums.
• People management: performance management, career development, and training plans for team members.
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile).
• Business-fluent German (written and spoken).
