CA Industrial Trainee

Overview

Project internship within Fractal's corporate finance team, supporting accounting, compliance and finance operations for the Group while pursuing Chartered Accountancy.

What you'll do

• Support key accounting activities for the Group and cross-enterprise activities.
• Research technical accounting standards and accounting positions.
• Implement processes that ensure compliance with Ind AS.
• Complete various applicable audits and deal with the statutory auditors.
• Collaborate in driving process optimization and improving the efficiency of finance operations.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure financial compliance across all enterprises.
• Apply working knowledge of income tax/GST and the corresponding accounting.
• Work on additional finance and taxation projects on a regular basis, if required.
• Take part in automation projects within the corporate finance team.

What you'll need

• Pursuing Chartered Accountant.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Big 4 or mid-size chartered accountants' firms and completed articleship of 2 years.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Perceived as a leader.
