CAE Engineer

Overview

CAE Engineer / Engineering Analyst specializing in multibody dynamics simulation for mechanical engineering development initiatives.

What you'll do

• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Use CAD tools to modify geometric models for analysis.
• Run routine mechanical engineering calculations using standard formulas.
• Set up and perform multibody dynamics simulations (bodies, joints, constraints, force elements, interfaces).
• Document and interpret analysis results.
• Use MATLAB or Python scripting to streamline analysis workflows.
• Verify and validate simulation models and results, and collaborate on best practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 2-5 years of professional analysis and simulation experience focused on multibody dynamics.
• Basic 3D CAD modeling experience.
• Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and willingness to learn new technical areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical material.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; self-motivated and collaborative.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adams Car simulation software.
• Familiarity with Dassault Systems Catia and PTC Creo.
• Experience in forklift, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.

Details

• Full-time, 100% in-person role at Pune, India office.
