Campus Recruiter

Overview

Campus Recruiter to drive hiring of Campus Managers by converting leads into student entrepreneurs and helping build a repeatable recruiting process.

What you'll do

• Follow a recruitment plan and processes to reach and exceed individual goals.
• Run outbound recruiting campaigns (calls, emails, texts) to promote the Campus Manager role.
• Screen potential Campus Manager candidates.
• Schedule initial prospecting meetings with the in-house interviewing team.
• Work with the Recruiting Team Manager and Campus Recruiters to meet quarterly recruiting goals.
• Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English (must).
• Great interpersonal and people skills.
• Neutral accent.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous; self-motivated and proactive.

Nice to have

• LinkedIn recruiting experience.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, India (Remote).
• Work from home; hours Monday–Friday, 7:30 PM–4:30 AM IST.
• 3-month contract with possibility to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs.
