Campus Sales Recruiter

Overview

Campus Sales Recruiter role at Fresh Prints, focused on recruiting student entrepreneurs who sell apparel as Campus Managers. The role is about 40% recruiting and 60% sales and communication.

What you'll do

• Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, adding your own creative approach to reach and exceed individual goals.
• Promote and market the Campus Manager job through outbound recruiting campaigns, including calls, emails and texts.
• Screen potential Campus Manager candidates.
• Schedule initial prospecting meetings with the in-house Interviewing team.
• Work with the Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
• Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate with the interview and training teams.

What you'll need

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a neutral accent.
• Fluency in English.
• Great interpersonal and people skills.
• 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects.

Details

• Work from home (WFH), based anywhere in India.
• Working hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
• Monthly salary of $750.
