Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations and volume hiring for the account.

What you'll do

• Run end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, compensation negotiation and post-offer engagement.
• Hold regular meetings with hiring managers.
• Maintain a minimum of 18-20 joiners per month.
• Keep ageing under 8% of total requisitions.
• Achieve a candidate and hiring manager survey score of 4.5 and above (out of 5).
• Manage an effective source of hire through direct sourcing, the external career site, professional networking sites and internal talent mobility.
• Partner with stakeholders and execute all aspects of talent acquisition to drive account deliverables along with the manager.
• Attract diverse talent and maintain a candidate pipeline.

What you'll need

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 3-4 years into volume hiring.
• Extremely good communication skills.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• MIS/reporting skills.

Nice to have

• MBA in HR.
