CARe Fleet Monitoring Specialist

Overview

Monitor the performance of NCR Atleos' ATM fleet remotely, identify poorly performing machines, and prevent unnecessary field dispatches through proactive parts ordering and data analysis.

What you'll do

• Monitor ATM fleet performance using various remote access and analytical tools, and diagnose issues.
• Identify and tag ATMs that are performing poorly or starting to show signs of poor performance.
• Proactively order parts needed to resolve issues, avoiding unnecessary field technician dispatches and revisits.
• Tag potential poor performers to prioritize maintenance and repairs.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and potential issues before they escalate.

What you'll need

• Proactive, analytical and technical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Strong technical acumen with solid knowledge of analytic tools and processes.
• Intermediate Power BI and Excel skills.
• Working shifts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in IT/technical sciences.
• Previous experience supporting NCR Atleos' financial products and knowledge of NCR Atleos' hardware solutions.
• Experience working in an L2 support team.
